I am a psychologist specialized in counseling skills. I've recently qualified for providing therapies to diversity of people using significant interpersonal skills in different sectors, such as the mental health industry, educational areas and interpersonal issues for families and couples in home settings, with a focus on establishing mental health with the help of scientific research methods. As a counseling psychologist, I give an emphasis on the psychometric assessment essential to use in counseling and guidance.

In addition, I have extensive experience in research writing, literature reviews, and performing scientific research in the field of mental health with an emphasis on holistic well-being. I've given individuals psychoeducation by authoring research-based articles and teaching intervention techniques for everyday psychological discomfort and effective coping through community services and group therapy.
